PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a hard coat film having improved suitability to coating with a water/alcohol-base coating solution by making the surface of a hard coat film hydrophilic and to provide a transparent laminated film obtained by disposing a transparent electrically conductive layer or the like by coating on the produced hard coat film. SOLUTION: The hard coat film made hydrophilic is obtained by adding a surfactant to a coating solution for a hard coat layer to be disposed on a transparent substrate or surface-treating a hard coat layer disposed by coating. The electrically conductive transparent laminated film is obtained by coating the hard coat film with a water/alcohol-base electrically conductive coating solution.
