<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounting inductance element in which windings and cores are well insulated from each other and for which wiring work can be automated easily. SOLUTION: The windings 12 are respectively wound around a pair of right and left bobbins 2 each having flange sections 4 and 4A on both sides of a cylindrical section 3. Then the bobbins 2 are assembled with each other by butting the flange sections 4 and 4A of one bobbin 2 against the flange sections 4A and 4 of the other bobbin 2. The inserting sections 16 and 16 of the front and rear cores 15 and 15 are inserted into the holes 5 of the bobbins 5 from the front side and rear side and the cores 15 are clamped with a clamp 21. The windings 12 are insulated from the cores 15. Since the windings 12 are respectively wound around the bobbins 2, the winding work of the windings 12 can be automated easily at the time of manufacturing the inductance element.</p> |
