PURPOSE: Provided are a circulation method and an apparatus for treating wastewater by using dissolved air flotation method. CONSTITUTION: According to the method, coagulant is dissolved efficiently by dissolved air flotation method, suspended solids are floated and separated by micro bubble. Micro bubble is generated continuously by mixing of pressurized air and pressurized water. When water quality of effluent become worse, wastewater is circulated by a pump(6), and circulated wastewater is retreated.
