PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an auto-clutch capable of preventing in advance stalling caused when a brake pedal is stepped on during a vehicle advances at a minute speed. SOLUTION: This controller 54 for the auto-clutch 1 connecting and releasing a clutch 3 properly by a clutch actuator 4 when the vehicle advances and stops and gear is shifted is provided with a brake switch B turned on by a predetermined brake pressure when the brake pedal 55 is stepped on, an engine rotation sensor 56 detecting the number of revolutions of an engine, and a control unit 5 sending a clutch emergency release command to the clutch actuator 4 when the brake switch B is turned on and the number of revolutions of the engine is below a predetermined number of revolutions.
