<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of engraving wherein a difference is provided between the color of a material and the color of paper left after laser processing and a letter and a figure are made to emerge as a whole. SOLUTION: This novel method for printing on card paper comprises a surface treating process wherein monochromatic and different colors are printed all over the surface of the colored or white card paper (infiltrated with dye) to be subjected to laser engraving and a process wherein the card paper is set in a laser engraving machine after the surface treating process, laser light is cast on the surface of the card paper with a prescribed output and at a prescribed speed and the part printed in the surface treatment is peeled off, while the letter or the figure is engraved.</p> |
