PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for providing financial information at real time through a computer communication network is provided to offer monitoring information and forecast information of a trade market to a user at real time through the computer communication network. CONSTITUTION: A web server(60) supports various user interfaces. An authentication server(70) discriminates a member and a nonmember. A mail server(80) transmits a warning message or E-mail to a user. A retrieval server(90) retrieves data stored in an internal database server(130). An interlocking server(100) supports an interlocking operation between service panels. A monitoring server(110) is an operation server in which a monitoring operation model, a monitoring simulation model, and a management model such as a traditional standard deviation management method are embodied. A forecast server(120) is an operation server in which a forecast operation model, a forecast simulation model, and a management model are embodied. The internal database server(130) stores an external data inputted from a filtering server(140) and an internal data internally operated. The filtering server(140) relocates data inputted from an external database server(150) according to types and indexes, and automatically operates a missing value of a specific variable in a predetermined time to generate the missing value. The external database server(150) is composed as various database servers including transaction information of a transaction market to goods and non-goods which exist in the inside and outside of the country.
