<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cause determining work by making it possible to store various data showing the occurrence of abnormality in an injection molding machine or the sign of the generation of abnormality to restore, display and print the state of abnormality on a screen at the time of the determination of the cause for abnormality. SOLUTION: A control unit 12 receives the detection signals from the various sensors arranged in the injection molding machine main body 11 to store various waveform data of pressure, speed, position, temperature, or the like in respective processes during molding operation in a memory device 15. The control unit discriminates whether there is an abnormal value with respect to various waveform data obtained at every shot and stores or outputs the waveform data related to abnormality among various waveform data stored in the memory device 15 with respect to several past shots including a shot, wherein the abnormal value is detected, when the abnormal value is detected.</p> |
