<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for connecting an idea proposer and an idea user by utilizing an idea information communication network storage and distribution medium means for quickly connecting many idea users wanting to quickly peruse ideas all over the world created every day and many idea proposers wanting to publicize the ideas originated by themselves and receiving utilization for products and evaluations. SOLUTION: In the case that the idea proposer (1) who acquires a patent, the right of a new design for practical use, a design right, a trademark right or a copyright wants to publicize that by his/her own intention, the idea information is converted into digital information and preserved (2) and is stored (4) inside the idea information communication network connection storage and distribution medium means (3) connected to an information communication network. Then, a user (5) wanting to peruse the idea information quickly peruses and evaluates (6) many of the idea information through the information communication network immediately after being stored. A place for the idea users to perform perusal and evaluation is provided (7) and simultaneously the place for the idea proposers to perform publication is provided (8).</p> |
