PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication terminal that transmits a message of a wireless state report to a communication network at a proper transmission interval so as to reduce the power consumption and can surely conduct communication with the communication network. SOLUTION: Since the mobile phone terminal 1 comparatively increases a transmission interval of a message of a wireless state report to a mobile phone network 10 when the mobile speed is comparatively small and the frequency of zone transition is comparatively small, the mobile phone terminal 1 can reduce the power consumption by the increase. Since the mobile phone terminal 1 comparatively decreases the transmission interval of the message of the wireless state report to the mobile phone network 10 when the mobile speed is comparatively high and the frequency of zone transition is comparatively high, the mobile phone terminal 1 can make a sufficient report by the decrease and ensure the communication with the mobile phone network 10.
