PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hypertext editor capable of easily performing a series of work for node division in a hypertext. SOLUTION: This device automatically executes each processing for dividing the intra-node data of a division source node into a plurality of divided data, on the basis of a designated dividing position by performing the designation of the dividing position by designating the dividing position of the in-node data of the division source node comprising the hypertext while using a pointing device, processing for generating plural divided nodes with each of plural divided data as in-node data, and processing for setting a link to each of plural generated divided nodes according to a preset link setting pattern. |
