PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a note train from a playing tone length group based on a musical intention using a probability model. SOLUTION: An input section 1 inputs music playing data being played. A rhythm pattern model storing section 3 stores a state transition probability which is probability of transitioning from a first state to a second state and a probability model of a rhythm pattern including the probability of the generation of each note train. A note length extension and contraction model storing section 4 stores information related to an output probability distribution of each note being played with a certain tone length. A processing section 5 obtains note length train data from the music playing data inputted by the section 1, obtains a state train by Viterbi path search while referring to the data stored in the sections 3 and 4 and applying a hidden Markov model and generates estimated tone train data that are estimated to be the intended playing of a player. An output section 2 outputs the data employing an appropriate means. |
