PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave shielding panel is provided to achieve a high shield efficiency by forming a shielding member made up of a thin metallic mesh to the panel. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding panel forming a wall in a building, includes a panel member, and a thin metallic mesh arranged inside of the panel member. The metallic mesh is made up of copper or nickel so as to achieve a high shield efficiency. The metallic mesh is constituted by honey comb shaped sections(5,7) and a honey comb shaped space(6) or a circular space(8) formed inside of each of honey comb shaped sections. To shield electromagnetic wave, the honey comb shaped section has an extremely fine size and thickness.
