<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CD57 antibody which can assay NK cells producing CD57 antigen, because the antibody can accurately assay the human CD57 antigen, and can further easily be handled and subjected to an immunoprecipitation treatment and the like, because the antibody belongs to the class of IgG. SOLUTION: This monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to the human CD57 antigen and belongs to the class of Ig, and a hybridoma producing the antibody.</p> |
