PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable plural users to share the same document. SOLUTION: Electronic document data composed of plural document segments and a security sheet with which a user ID is related with an access right set for each document segment, are stored on a prescribed database and when the electronic document data in the database are accessed by an arbitrary user, an ID applied from this user, who is making the access, is collated with the user ID in the database. Corresponding to this collated result, the access right related to the user is retrieved from the security sheet and corresponding to this retrieved access right, the read or write of the document segments is permitted or inhibited to the user. |
