<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create the production planning while making corrections in consideration of the preparatory plan set time period. SOLUTION: A lot is allocated to the process for every product (S1), and it is confirmed whether or not the production of an allocated product lot comes to an end within the preparatory plan set time period (S3 and S4). As the result, if not and in the presence of the next lot allocated following the lot on the same process, the time of a finite difference is calculated on the basis of the time period which ranges from the finish time of the lot production, to the start time of the next lot production (S5 and S7). In the absence of the next lot on the same process, the time of the finite difference is calculated on the basis of the time period which ranges from the finish time of the lot production, to the next preparatory plan set time (S5 and S6). The quantity of the products producible within the time of the finite difference is calculated for the practicable quantity of production increase (S8). The comparison is made between the quantity and the tolerable quantity of production increase in the products and the less is determined as the quantity of production increase in the products (S9) then the product lot is executed in as much as the quantity of the production increase (S10 and S11).</p> |
