PURPOSE: A dielectric ceramic composition and a fabrication method of ceramic capacitors thereby are provided. The composition has low dielectric loss and stable electric characteristics in a range of high frequency, and can be sintered at low temperature due to nonmetallic electrode materials, resulting in low production cost. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises SrxMg1-x(ZryTi1-y)O3 (0.8<=x<=1, 0.9<=y<=1) as a main component, 0.05-15wt.% of MnO2, 0.001-5wt.% of one or two more of compound selected from Bi2O3, PbO and Sb2O3, and 0.5-15wt.% of glass composition in ZnO-SiO2 glass or LiO2-Al2O3-SiO2 glass. Besides, 0.01-5wt.% of SiO2, 0.01-5wt.% of Al2O3, and 0.001-2wt.% of rare earth oxide such as La2O3, CeO2, Yb2O3 and so on, are added. The ceramic capacitor is fabricated by a conventional method, that is, preparing raw materials corresponding to the composition, forming in a form of bulk or sheet, and sintering at 925-1080deg.C. Also, the multilayer ceramic capacitor is fabricated by layering a sheet(11) and an electrode(12) alternatively, where the electrode is made of non-metal(Cu, Ni, W, Mo, etc.) or carbon(amorphous carbon, graphite, etc.), and pressing and sintering at 925-1080deg.C in reductive or inert gas atmosphere.
