PURPOSE: A win-win integrating cyber mall E-business model is provided to perform a delivery at a place adjacent to a client by selecting a company performing a cyber transaction independently and a company which wishes to perform a cyber transaction newly, concluding a contract, and installing a delivery head office according to each place. CONSTITUTION: An integrating cyber mall company concluding a contract with an individual cyber mall receives various commodities from the individual cyber mall company and stores the commodities in each local head office and trains a local special delivery person. Thus, a proper commodity and a proper service are delivered to a client rapidly, and the client, the individual cyber mall company, and the integrating cyber mall company are satisfied all together. The integrating cyber mall is composed as a portal site, and the individual cyber mall is classified according to themes for being searched easily in the portal site. If the client orders a commodity, the client automatically connects to the local head office. Thus, a commodity is delivered through the local head office rapidly.
