PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely supply hot and cold water by a simple operation. SOLUTION: On an eating and drinking table on which merchandise is circulated and carried above a base 12, switching valves 22 are installed respectively on a hot water supply pipe 18 and a water supply pipe 20 disposed under a counter 16 at an outer circumferential edge of the base 12. A combination faucet 32 erected on the counter 16 by connecting a hot water supply port and a cold water supply port 30 of each switching valve 22 supplies hot water or cold water by switching each switching valve 22 by a switching lever 24 and opening another switching valve 22.
