PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth parking and obviate the need for a ticket control by a superintendent. SOLUTION: When a vehicle of a user approaches an elevator, a vehicle sensor 14 detects the vehicle. On an elevator control panel receiving from the vehicle sensor a signal to indicate that the sensor has sensed the vehicle, when the elevator is in the available state, a door opening control part 9 opens an elevator door 20. Also, a guide information processing part 10 sends guidance information for users to a character display device 15 according to the state of parking in a parking garage and the state of the elevator, and the character display device 15 displays the guidance information. When a credit card is inserted into a card reader, the information read from the card reader 12 and times when the vehicle has entered thee parking garage are recorded in an information recorder 4. Next, a parking garage control part 2 refers to the information on the state of parking in the information recorder 4, and a destination story registration part 8 registers a destination to an vehicle empty story. Then, the elevator is moved to transport the vehicle to the vehicle empty story. |
