PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly and evenly bond a pattern sheet to an inorganic base material while preventing an ink receiving layer and an adhesive layer from receiving thermal damage. SOLUTION: A coating layer 12 containing an organosilane is formed on the surface of a base material 11 comprising an inorganic material and the thermoplastic resin layer 13 of the pattern sheet is welded on the coating layer 12 through the thermoplastic resin layer 51 on the side of the base material of the pattern sheet.
