MEMBRANE SEPARATION UNIT HAVING FLOW RATE REGULATING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane separation unit having a flow rate regulating function which can cope with load fluctuation of flowing-in sewage amount in a limited vessel body volume. SOLUTION: The membrane separation unit is provided with a main body vessel 1 in which the sewage to be treated is subjected to active sludge treatment, a water level gauge 4 for measuring water level of the main body bath 1, a membrane separating device 21 immersed in the main body vessel 1 and a suction pump 2 which gives driving pressure to the membrane separating device 21 through a penetrated liquid flow passage and controls suction flow rate with a measured value of the water level gauge 4 as an index.
