PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multi-functional network communication terminal equipment, which can be connected with living facility equipment, including electrical equipment such as illumination instrument or an electrical household appliance use on an intra- house network, while utilizing integrated Internet connection technology. SOLUTION: This multi-functional network communication terminal equipment is provided with a display screen for displaying information required for remote control or the like, a function for remotely controlling the living facility equipment installed indoors/outdoors while being connected to an indoor communication network for transmitting a control signal to the living facility equipment and a function connected to the Internet or the like and capable of two-way communication with the Internet. Each time attribute information concerning the life facility equipment is updated, the attribute information or the like of the life facility equipment is transmitted through the Internet to a managing server. Guide information containing the advertisements of articles or the like transmitted from the managing server is received, updated and displayed on the display screen. |
