PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film nearly free from dust, less liable to curl and ensuring slight disorder of a liquid crystal due to static electricity, a protective film for a liquid crystal polarizing plate using the optical film and a display. SOLUTION: In the optical film with an electrically conductive layer on a base film, the electrically conductive layer is formed by plasma discharge treatment in the presence of the base film and a reactive gas and the impedance of the optical film at 20 Hz frequency is >=4×105 Ω as the absolute value. |
