PURPOSE: A multi insulation layer insulating high-voltage wire is provided to supply with a multi layer insulation substance fitting for a high-voltage wire by making an insulation layer mixable to form a bridge-bond. CONSTITUTION: An insulation layer includes a mixable polymer substance. A bridge-bond is formed inter the mixable layer and bonds the mixable layer together. A bridge-bond layer does not separate from a conduction body but parts from the conduction body in case of applying to the conduction body. The bridge-bond layer generates a continuous use rank of DC(direct current) over 10KV and AC(alternating current) over 5KV in case of applying to a conduction body under 10AWG.
