A method of forming a two-phase infusion sheet material, the method comprising extruding a first layer of a thermoplastic polymer having a first melting point; overlaying a second layer extruded from a thermoplastic polymer having a second melting point; wherein said first melting point is greater than said second melting point; and joining the first and second layers to form a two-phase material; wherein the first and second layers are joined by calendering.
