PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mobile communication network system capable of providing a smooth service even in the case of using a mobile IP for data transfer up to a mobile information terminal. SOLUTION: This mobile communication network system is provided with a service server that can offer various services through Internet connection, a mobile information terminal managing device for receiving a service information message from the service server through the Internet connection through a mobile communication network, searching for a mobile information terminal within a radio network where the services can be provided on the basis of prescribed connection information and transferring the service notice message according to mobile IP procedures when a desired terminal is connected to the mobile communication network, and the mobile information terminal for receiving the service notice message and displaying the contents of the message to a user by using a prescribed application.
