PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily sell a robot to a new consumer and to support the user after selling it. SOLUTION: The robot maker rents a learning system to a user which thinks of buying the robot. When the user generates or starts a program of the robot by using the learning system, numerical data showing the use state are sent to the robot maker, whose computer accumulates the received numerical as points. As the user becomes familiar with the program generation of the robot, user's incentive to buy the robot increases. When the user orders the robot, a discount amount is found on the basis of the accumulated points and an estimate is obtained by subtracting the discount amount from the price of the robot. The robot having received the robot is familiar with how to operate the robot, so the service load on the robot maker is reducible. |
