PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage the movement time of a guarded conveyance member to a field, the time of operation by the guarded conveyance member, and the return time from the field to a cash center in real time when a fault of a valuable medium handling machine such as an ATM is dealt with.
