PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input information on a customer who visits a business point as management strategy for business store operation by gathering and rearranging the information while regarding the store visit time as a key and to enable effective business activities by previously notifying a person in charge of reception of the information when the user visits the store. SOLUTION: A window use order number imparting device 12 reads bearer's information out of an IC card, registers it in a reservation management table 16 of a communication controller 14 together with the date and time of the reception, and also registers the reception number and transaction start date and time on the IC card. A terminal device 13 starts a transaction when the IC card is inserted, records the transaction start date and time and also reads the reception date and time out at this time, and writes a transaction end date and time, transaction contents, and the name of the person in charge of reception on the IC card at the end of the transaction. Further, information of them is registered in the reservation management table of the communication controller. |
