PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problem points such as various misunderstandings of a conventional investment trust resulting from that the interest greatly varies with a set period and the interest at repayment time is not determined since the operation is started after invitation and sale. SOLUTION: As a means for solving the problem points, a control fund is set to obtain stabler interest by an investment trust with determined interest and stabler interest even by conventional unit type and fixed-period type investment trusts. Consequently, the reliability of investment trusts can be increased on the whole. |
