PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the buying assessment of a recycled article with high accuracy and unity irrelevantly to the knowledge and experience of a person in charge. SOLUTION: A database 2 is stored with record data regarding individual recycled articles. The record data have as items price deduction contents of accessory component and damage states and a price deduction reference amount corresponding to the price deduction contents in addition to an article name, properties, and a reference buying amount. A clerk of a recycle store gives a query to the database 2 by specifying retrieval conditions of the article name or properties of a recycled article, knows the reference buying amounts, price deduction contents, and price deduction reference amounts of individual recycled articles, and assesses the articles according to them. |
