PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulation controller (12) provided outside of an integrated circuit (14) with timing information to express an operation of an internal clock of the integrated circuit to drive an internal data processing operation of the integrated circuit. SOLUTION: A corresponding digital bit to express an internal clock cycle is generated in response to each cycle of the internal clock and the digital bit is outputted to the emulation controller as output clock speed different from clock speed of the internal clock.
