PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system and an information distributing device in daily practical use. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an information inputting means 17 for inputting information to be a voice message, date and time when the information is distributed and a distribution destination where the information is distributed via a server 1 connected to a user terminal 2 provided on a user side via a communication line and the terminal 2 and a distributing means 18 for distributing the information inputted by the means 17 provided in the server 1 as the voice message to the distribution destination at the date and time. The means 18 distributes the voice message to a prescribed terminal having a voice output function. |
