<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for fabricating a photoyoltaic element formed on an inexpensive, lightweight and flexible synthetic resin substrate, and a solar cell module. SOLUTION: The method for fabricating a photovoltaic element comprises a step for depositing a fusing layer 102 and a photoelectric conversion layer 103 sequentially on a thin film deposition substrate 101, a step for fusing at least a part of the fusing layer 102 by causing a solution to permeate to the fusing layer 102 side through air gaps or voids existing in the photoelectric conversion layer 103 or the interface of a structure 106, a step for stripping the photoelectric conversion layer 103 from the thin film deposition substrate 101, and a step for arranging the stripped photoelectric conversion layer 103 on a flexible synthetic resin substrate 104. The photovoltaic element is coated with a coating material and provided with output terminals to produce a solar cell module.</p> |
