<p>The purifying method of an internal surface of pipelines is characterized in that technological contamination (soiling) of pipeline surface is removed by giving rise to vibrations in the liquid being filled in the pipeline. The plane shock wave operating on a frequency 8-17 Hz is initiated in the liquid so that to supply an energy of 5-26 J. In order to implement the method in the present case, the pneymoimpact device comprises a hollow casing (1) of pneumatic cylinder (2), the stepped impact piston (3) being mounted therein and moving reciprocally. Said piston (3) interacts with an actuator (4) that is developed as a piston having a lightened construction. The rod (16) of said lightened piston being spring-supported enters into an axial passage (6) of impact piston (3), and is provided with a shoulder (18) interacting with said impact piston (3). The shoulder (18) provided with a spring (19) is located into a barrel (20) that is connected with head of impact piston (3) ensuring the free travel of piston.</p> |
