PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator capable of being miniaturized and submodularized, and to provide a transmitter-receiver capable of preventing frequency fluctuation and being made low in cost. SOLUTION: The transmitter-receiver consists of the oscillator 10 to which a frequency is set in advance and that is designed to be the small-sized sub module, of a transmission reception module case 27 that is a base member, a transmission reception module upper cover 28 that is a seal member covering an upper part of a conductor wall 4 of the oscillator 10, of a high frequency printed circuit board 23 that is a wiring board on which the oscillator 10 and a reception mixer 18 or the like are mounted, and of bonding wires 11 that interconnects the oscillator 10, the reception mixer 18 and the high frequency printed circuit board 23 respectively. Since the transmitter-receiver incorporates the oscillator that is designed to be the small-sized sub module, the oscillator 10 is easily connected to other high frequency circuits so as to miniaturize the transmitter-receiver and to simplify its structure. |
