PURPOSE: An electric wave system and method for a wireless power transmission and receipt is provided to stably and continuously supply a power energy without charging a specific battery by inserting or including a power electric wave into a data transmitting and receiving electric wave or carrier and performing a modulation transmission and receipt. CONSTITUTION: An adaptor(110) or a transformer converts an AC(100) into a DC(120). A multi casting distributing device(130) distributes the power converted into the DC(120) as an available voltage needed for using a mobile device. A DC/electric wave converter(140) converts the distributed power into a wireless electric wave. A combination modulating device(160) inserts or includes a transmission power electric wave or a microwave converted into the electric wave into a data transmission and receipt electric wave or carrier used in a corresponding mobile device. A transmitting unit(170) transmits the modulated electric wave.
