1. A computer implemented method of determining a route for an infrastructure element, the method comprising:
receiving satellite imaging data of a satellite imaged region that includes a first location and a second location; analysing the received satellite imaging data to determine one or more satellite image parameters for each of a number of sub-regions of the satellite imaged region; determining a route corridor between the first location and the second location based upon the determined satellite image parameters; receiving liDAR imaging data of a liDAR imaged region that includes the determined route corridor; analysing the received liDAR imaging data to determine one or more liDAR parameters for each of a number of sub-regions of the liDAR imaged region; and determining a route between the first location and the second location based upon the determined liDAR parameters. |
