PURPOSE: A device for adjusting an angle of an LCD monitor of a computer system is provided to adjust the upper/lower position and front/rear and right/left angles of a monitor freely in accordance with a position of a user and to lock or release a right/left rotation of a monitor in accordance with the upper/lower position of the monitor. CONSTITUTION: A rotating plate(1) being fixed at the rear portion of a monitor main body and a supporting body(3) being combined capable of being rotated in the left and right directions by a rotating shaft(2) are fixed by a guiding rail(4) capable of being slid in the left and right directions. The guiding rail(4) is combined for being rotated in the front and back directions by a fixing bracket(5) and a hinge shaft(6) being fixed at the front portion of a stand. The fixing bracket(5) and the guiding rail(4) are constructed for being elastically supported by a torsion spring(7) provided on the hinge shaft(6). A helical leaf spring(8) is provided in the hinge shaft(6). The end portion of the helical leaf spring(8) is fixed in the guiding rail(4).
