PURPOSE: A dehydrating and drying system is provided to minimize secondary pollution, odor, a danger due to high temperature heat, a fuel cost and a maintenance cost by packaging a dryer with a dehydrator. CONSTITUTION: A dehydrating and drying system comprises a sludge supply equipment(E) consisting of a sludge supply pump(27), agglomerative agent supply devices(2,3), a manometer(11) and a motor valve; a dehydrating dryer(A) consisting of a plate(9), a diaphragm type filter, a plate pressurizing device(28), manifolds(17,18) and a frame; a boiler equipment(B) consisting of a boiler(5), a condensate water recovery device(6) and a steam trap(7); a vacuum equipment(C) consisting of a vacuum pump(26), a condensation equipment(D) consisting of a primary condensation tank(23), a secondary condensation tank(24), a cooling tower(25) and a trap(28); and a control panel. According to integration of a dehydrator with a dryer, structure is simplified. Moreover, environmental pollution is minimized by performing sludge processing in a closed circuit.
