PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to check a temperature history and positional data of a transported freight in corresponding relation with each other after completion of transportation in the case deep frozen/refrigerated foods or the like are transported. SOLUTION: The deep frozen/refrigerated foods are transported together with a temperature recording device having a storage function of storing temperatures detected at specified intervals, in a state of being housed in a low temperature cabinet loaded on freight compartments of trucks 1 and 2. An on-vehicle terminal system comprising a GPS information receiving means and a public radio circuit communication means is installed on seats next to driver's seats or the like of each trucks 1 and 2. The on-vehicle terminal system acquires information on current positions by the GPS information receiving means at specified intervals during transportation, and transmits the information to an administration server 8 through a public radio communication network 4. After completion of transportation, the temperature recording device is set on the on-vehicle terminal system to read temperature data, and transmission is made to the administration server 8 through the public radio communication network 4. The administration server 8 links the information on the current position and the temperature data with one another, and displays the temperature history and the information on positions correspondingly.
