PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serial parallel conversion device that can avoid concentration of an electric current, suppress the size required for wiring of output terminals and furthermore, the wiring resistance small. SOLUTION: The serial parallel conversion device is provided with plural semiconductor circuits that have a conversion function to convert a serial input signal consisting of a clock signal and a data signal that synchronizes with the above clock signal into a parallel input signal, and a conversion device that converts the same serial input signals inputted to each of semiconductor circuits at the same time into the parallel output signals to be outputted in a time lag by each of the semiconductor circuits. |
