SOLUTION: This advertising method for the non-charging service system comprises a step in which the non-charging service system gives an account to each of users in a predetermined range, a step in which the non-charging service system introduces the Internet service provider in a predetermined cooperative relationship to the users, a step in which the users perform the registration in the Internet service provider, and a step in which the Internet service provider transmits the information on the operation cost to the non-charging service system while the users are registered in the Internet service provider. |
