PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a user to print a certificate by the printing terminal at his/her house, etc. SOLUTION: When printing data on printing paper incorporating the microchip of the certificate, a certificate applicant transmits a microchip ID to a certificate issuing center and the microchip ID and certification data are stored while being related to each other in the issuing/managing DB of the certificate issuing center. When confirming the certificate, the microchip ID incorporated in the certificate is sent to the certificate issuing center. Certification data which is registered while being related to the microchip ID is transmitted to a person confirming the certificate.
