PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the landing control of a home elevator without installing an exclusive apparatus used for readjusting the landing. SOLUTION: The load in a car 3 is estimated on the basis of the magnitude of a torque command value 10a produced by a speed controller 10 during the traveling of the car 3. When the car 3 reaches a position near a landing floor by a predetermined distance, a position detector 7 is engaged with a plate 6 and outputs a position signal 7a. A speed command device 9 corrects the speed command value 9a on the basis of the position signal 7a, and the car 3 is stopped on the lower side than a level of the landing floor in a case that the load in the car 3 is high, and stopped at the landing level when the load in the car 3 is small. |
