<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck belt engaging device fitted to a portable telephone set which is used for suspending inversely the telephone set, in order to dispense with to change hands in the case of transmitting and receiving, by making the display panel face the front on a user's side in order not to bother a user' hand. SOLUTION: A rectangular thin plate 11 as a flexible member is fixed to a recessed part 1a of a battery pack fitting part of a telephone set body 1. The thin plate 11 is constituted of, e.g. a sheet or a film of plastic or the like, and provided with an engaging part 11a for fixing a belt 20 for portable use. When a battery pack 2 is fitted to the telephone set body 1, the thin plate 11 is deflected and deformed into the shape of the recessed part 1a of the battery pack fitting part of the telephone set body 1. The thin plate 11 is fixed to a desirable position by friction between the telephone set body 1 and the battery pack 2, because of friction is due to the adhesion and the deformation. The engaging part 11a held by the thin plate is held to a lower end portion of the telephone set. The neck belt engaging device 30 is fixed to the engaging part 11a, so that the potable telephone set 50 can be suspended upside down.</p> |
