<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management system capable of reducing the burden of works or costs related with maintenance for a user in a plant control system, and efficiently realizing a quick maintenance service or proper preventive maintenance before the system is turned into abnormal stop or a degenerated state. SOLUTION: This plant control system Q is provided with input and output devices 3 for inputting and outputting data to the various equipment of a plant P, a controller 2 for controlling the various equipment of the plant P through those input and output devices 3, and a system monitoring device 1 for monitoring the whole system, and the batch maintenance management of this plant control system Q is performed by an equipment maker side maintenance management center M. The respective input and output devices 3 are provided with a means for detecting the failure and life inside and a means for transmitting the detected information as maintenance information by radio separately from the control information, and the maintenance management center M is provided with a maintenance information managing device 8 for receiving the maintenance information from the input and output devices 3, and for announcing the contents of a maintenance service based on the received maintenance information.</p> |
