<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly produce manure whose quality is satisfactory by always measuring an environmental conditions, and measuring the quality of the manure in the process of production. SOLUTION: A ripening room 102 and a fermenting room 103 are provided with various sensors 121a-121e for measuring environmental conditions such as carbon dioxide gas concentration, oxygen concentration, temperature, moisture, and ammonia concentration, and those sensors are connected through remote I/O modules 122a and 122b to a panel computer 116a arranged in a monitor room 101. A measuring robot 141 arranged in a measuring room 104 is provided with various sensors 121f and 121g for measuring the temperature, moisture content, and PH of manure in a manufacturing process and the concentration of carbon dioxide gas and ammonia generated by the manure, and the sensors are connected through a remote I/O module 122c to a panel computer 116b.</p> |
