PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label form with which sufficient image printing density may be obtained when subjected to image printing with a color electrophotographic printer and which is little in the shrinkage by the heat generated during fixing with toners within the printer and is reduced in curl after printing. SOLUTION: This label form successively has a binder layer (B) and release layer (C), on one surface of a thermoplastic resin film (A). The electrostatic capacity of the label form is >=4 pF/cm2 and the dimensional change rate (α) before the temperature rise and after temperature fall of the thermoplastic resin film (A) in a thermomechanical analysis within a range from room temperature to 150 deg.C is -2.5 to 2.5% and the difference (α-β) between the dimensional change rate (α) and the dimensional change rate (β) before the temperature rise, and after temperature fall of the release paper (C) is -1.5 to 1.5%.
