PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph seal delivery device capable of adding a special visual effect to a photographed image of an object, and allowing a user to have a great interest in photographing. SOLUTION: This photograph seal delivery device 1 for photographing the object, and expelling a photograph seal on which an image including the photographed image is printed is equipped with a first video camera 2 for photographing the object, and incandescent lamps 3a, 3b and a fluorescent lamp 4 equipped with light sources whose irradiation light is reflected on a pupil of the object on the image photographed by the first video camera 2.
